We have improved the efficiency of the pharmacy process and our purchasing power offers significantly reduced prices for our clients. A Cypress Care pharmacy card entitles the owner to fill physician-issued prescriptions at any of our network pharmacies. The claim is submitted to Cypress Care and we handle all the details. The cardholder can change pharmacies at any time and, of course, there is never any out-of-pocket expense.

As an added feature, clients will benefit from Cypress Care's best-in-industry practice of converting brand purchases to generic. Unlike most pharmacy bill management programs, Cypress Care does not participate in any rebate programs. Why is this important to you? We are not enticed by pharmaceutical companies to place brand name drugs in our formulary; there are no external incentives. Our only motivation is to lower your overall pharmacy expenditures. We convert 92% of brand prescriptions to generic when there is a generic available, allowing us to provide unparalleled savings to our customers.

Our prescription cards have remote management security features that allow us to respond instantly should the card be lost, stolen, or otherwise mishandled. In the event that it is necessary, the card will be deactivated and a Cypress Care representative will work directly with your claimant's pharmacy to deliver benefits without interruption while a new card is issued and delivered. Should you decide to discontinue pharmacy services for a given claimant, we are only a call or email away. The card can be deactivated within minutes of receiving notification from the client associate.

Behind the scenes, Cypress Care configures the formulary for the card in our pharmacy services. We handle any and all associated paperwork. We maintain close contact with injured workers/policy holders to assure complete customer satisfaction and we pay the pharmacy.
