CCRx - Home Delivery Pharmacy Service

To complement our Retail Pharmacy Service, we also offer a Home Delivery Pharmacy Service. This service is tailored to the needs of homebound claimants, long-time medication situations, and is also offered as a convenience to those injured who have been prescribed maintenance medications.

Prescriptions are delivered to Cypress Care by the injured person's doctor by phone, fax or email, and Cypress Care makes sure the prescription(s) is filled and mailed the same day. Medications are posted as Priority Mail so medications will reach the claimant in 3-5 days. Due to the lead time required for delivery, we ask for a 7 day advance on all home delivery orders in order that we may be able to avoid any timing issues. Because of the long-term nature of home delivery orders, a 90 day supply of medication is usually offered through this service. This, while being convenient to the claimant, is also a tremendous benefit to the employer / insurance company as it minimizes administrative costs and tasks and further reduces the costs of medication.
