• CCRx Retail Pharmacy Services – A personalized pharmacy card is generated and mailed to the injured worker/policy holder within 24 hours. Each injured worker/policy holder is contacted, educated on the program and informed about our network of over 50,000 pharmacies including affiliates of every major pharmacy chain. • Home Delivery Services – Cypress Care offers injured workers/policy holders on short-tem or long-term recovery programs the option of nationwide home delivery of prescriptions. Cypress Care routinely identifies injured workers/policy holders who are good candidates for our pharmacy home delivery program and telephonically reaches out to them to inform them of the benefits of the program.
