- Home Delivery Services - Nationwide home delivery of 90-day supply of prescriptions
Comprehensive Ancillary Health Services – Delivery and access to ancillary services through our nationwide network of providers including:
- Durable medical equipment (DME) including equipment, medical supplies, orthotics & prosthetics, TENS units and specialty equipment
- Home health services including skilled nursing, infusion therapy, wound care management, physical, occupational and speech therapy
- Diagnostic imaging services including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT scan, bone density and nuclear medicine
- Transportation and translation services
- Ancillary care coordination: Cypress Care’s interdisciplinary team consisting of registered nurses, pharmacists, therapists and physicians focused on coordinating the optimal care of the catastrophically injured.
Automatic Bank Draft Program - Cypress Care will establish account for prescription and ancillary services purchases. The automatic debit account can be used for purchases nationwide.
No-Hassle Report Submission - Cypress Care compiles data and completes required paperwork for annual Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) submission, as appropriate. This program also tracks all pharmacy and ancillary services costs which are helpful in the overall monitoring of the post-settlement funds.
Dedicated Account Specialists - Our team of dedicated account specialists ensures post-settlement benefits are seamlessly managed throughout the entire process. With extended customer service hours, Cypress Care is here to answer pharmacy, ancillary services and other benefit questions.
