Each Cypress Care customer has a dedicated client support team which is lead by a professional Cypress Care account manager. The account manager will act as a key point person - coordinating communication and customer support including program maintenance and proactive followup with the Cypress Care Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) who manage inbound calls from adjusters, injured workers/policy holders, and network pharmacies. Outbound Call Coordinators (OCCs) and ancillary Service Representative (ASRs) coordinate pharmacy and home medical services with our customers. The team's performance goal is to ensure appropriate network penetration, compliance and utilization that affords measurable outcomes. Some of services include:
- Dedicated Customer Support - 24/7 response; 365 days/year
- In-bound and out-bound Call Center Support
- Extended hours of call center operation: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. EDT.
- After hours and weekend on-call service provision
