The Cypress Care account manager has access to over 70 key reports and analyzes, reviews survey information with each client during their scheduled on-site visits. Cypress Care account managers also conduct client satisfaction surveys.
Cypress Care reporting options and features include, but are not limited to:
Program Summary Report
- Network penetration and prescription savings
- Brand to generic conversions and the resulting savings
- Formulary and compliance management and savings
Pharmacy Network Penetration Report
- Number of point of sale prescriptions, paper bill prescriptions and total prescriptions by state and combined
- Total dollars spent for point of sale prescriptions, paper bill prescriptions and combined
- Savings below retail and fee schedule or usual and customary amount for point of sale prescriptions, paper bill prescriptions and total prescriptions by state and combined
Brand to Generic Report
- Provides a summary of the savings realized from converting brand prescription drugs to generic equivalents where available and appropriate, as well as the percentage of brand prescriptions dispensed versus generics
- Formulary compliance and management report
- Provides a summary, by category, of the savings realized from Cypress Care blocking prescriptions that should not be dispense
- Ad-hoc and other reporting
