Robert Kulbick Joins Cypress Care as
Chief Marketing officer
ATLANTA – January, 29 2007 – Cypress Care today announced the appointment of Robert (Bob) Kulbick to the position of chief marketing officer. Recognized in the risk management industry for his leadership and expertise, Kulbick will direct Cypress Care’s sales, account management and marketing teams as they support Cypress Care’s strategic growth initiatives. He brings more than 15 years of experience in product and service marketing, client relations and business development to Cypress Care’s senior leadership team. As the former president and chief executive officer of RSKCo and Crawford Integrated Services, Bob has expertise developing and implementing new systems for managing claims and standardizing the workers’ compensation claims-reporting process.

In addition to his role as CEO for two of the largest third party administrators in the country, Bob also held senior leadership positions at ACE, AIG, Inc., Kemper, Procter & Gamble and Frito Lay, Inc. Bob is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has an MBA from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

Other changes to Cypress Care’s executive leadership team include the promotion of Tim Vroman to president, replacing former president Marc Datelle. Marc continues to work with the executive leadership team in an advisory capacity and remains an investor in the company.
