Here at Cypress Care, we believe in the fundamental value of each of our employees as the cornerstone for the long-term success of the organization.

To illustrate our employee appreciation, we honor employees with "Recognition Awards" each quarter and for the year. This peer to peer recognition demonstrates everyone's effort to fully appreciate the contributions of their team members.

Employee of the Year

Ilene O'Shanic, Administrative Assistant

Ilene is awesome! I can always count on her to complete assignments and tasks. She volunteers to help our department out all of the time. She is a pleasure to work with.

Exemplary employee; goes above and beyond whatever is needed a can do attitude at all times. An asset to Cypress Care.

Ilene is such a dedicated employee that she works while I'm still sleeping! She DESERVES a vacation!

Ilene has been very helpful to me and other sales people in the field when we need something from home office. She is always pleasant, and follows through to ensure that our needs have been met or that the problem we are having has been resolved.

Employee of the Quarter

Doug Nunan, Ancillary Services Department

Doug was selected as Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter, 2007. As Employee of the Quarter, Doug will receive a $250 gift card and a plaque.

Comments from Doug's peers:

“Doug is well liked by our customers and he has a great sense of motivation that gets the job done efficiently.”

“Doug always seem so positive when I encounter him. It's obvious that he cares about his fellow team mates and what an example that is to the rest of us.”

“Doug has great customer service skills and I constantly hear praise from my clients about him. He goes the extra mile that is needed to make this company and the Ancillary Services department one that is set apart from our competition. I appreciate that and feel that he should be recognized. I never have to follow-up with him when I have issues nor do I have to worry about communication to the client when he is handling an order.”
