Gail Woolard,
Controller
Gail Woolard, Controller, is responsible for the day to day financial and auditing functions for Cypress Care, which includes accounts payable, cash flow management and financial reporting and analysis. In addition, she has responsibility for establishing financial policies and procedures and managing the finance team. Ms. Woolard has over 15 years of finance experience, with expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting and analysis and process management.
Prior to joining Cypress Care in 2001, Ms. Woolard held accounting and controller positions in the clothing manufacturing and family entertainment industries. She also provided fiscal leadership to various organizations through work as an independent financial consultant.
Ms. Woolard earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1992 and is a fellow member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
