Best Places to Work Finalist 2007
Cypress Care named a finalist for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s fifth annual list of “Best Places to Work” in Atlanta. The award recognizes Cypress Care’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. Cypress Care was one of more than 170 companies to apply for consideration, but only 50 finalists were selected, based on the results of employee-satisfaction surveys taken. Link

Pinnacle Small Business Award 2007
Hank Datelle, Co-Founder and former CEO of Cypress Care received 2007 Small Business Person of the Year 11-149 employees for the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce 2007 Pinnacle Small Business Awards. In addition, Cypress Care was awarded the Top 25 Pinnacle Small Business Award for Gwinnett County. Hank and Cypress Care were selected out of more than 300 nominations. Link
Pacesetters Award 2006
Cypress Care received a 2006 Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter Award. The annual Pacesetter list is compiled by the editors of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. To qualify for the award, the companies must be headquartered in Atlanta, must have 2006 revenue between $1 million and $300 million, and must have two years of growth in sales of more than 50 percent. Companies are ranked by a growth index formula, which is used to level the playing fields among companies of different sizes. Factors in the formula include the percent change and absolute change in revenue and number of employees.
